Steven Fischer

Steven Fischer was born in Baltimore, Maryland, USA and works professionally as a cartoonist and filmmaker. His cartoons have been published in 9-1-1 Magazine, Annapolis Outlook, Dialogue, and Pencil Test. He is better known for his Steve and Bluey cartoons, and is the author of There's a Blue Dog Under My Bed and The Wonderful, Happy, Cartoony World of Steve & Bluey. His film work includes an Emmy-nominated PSA, Silence of Falling Leaves, which aired nationally in Poland, and animation for Du Pont/Affect Films, Los Angeles and the Boston Red Sox/Mort Kasman Productions, New York.
