Spider-Man: Blue - Jeph Loeb

Loeb and Tim Sale make one of the great writer-artist teams in comics, and this is a good comic about Spider-Man's early days when he was being hit on by both Gwen Stacy and Mary Jane (two of the hottest women in the universe, poor Pete Parker). Unfortunately, it isn't a great comic. The typical parade of villains that Loeb employees is short changed with two second long battles and the entire comic ends a page early--seriously, I was looking for a missing page. Sale's artwork is always amazing and his parody of the first cover picture of Spider-Man is great.
