I tried to read this title when it first came out and couldn't get into it. Now, after reading issues 1-12, I can say the same thing. Tom Strong is Tarzan if Tarzan was ever stronger and brilliant. He does typical superhero things like fighting super-villains and crime and, occasionally, the ideas and stories Moore provides are intriguing; however, I feel that most of these short tales are half developed plots that Moore didn't know what else to do with. There is little that is truly innovative.
