The Tales of Beedle the Bard - J. K. Rowling

Piggybacking on the success of Harry Potter, Rowling provides several fairy tales ostensible from the wizarding world, complete with commentary from the late (and gay) Albus Dumbledore. The tales are pretty good and the mock history behind them makes the short book read like an annotated collection. For the hard core Potter fans is the last story, which is of the three brothers who beat death and each receive a "gift", and discussed in the sixth installment of the Potter series.  Thank you to Sally U who got me this book, net proceeds of which go to the Children's High Level Group.
