Conan Vol. 4: The Hall of the Dead and Other Stories

The key to Conan, the barbarian thief/adventurer from a mythical time, is to never apologize. Impossibly strong, fast, skilled, clever, lucky, and brutal is the name of the game. These writers get that (which is why I’m so sad to see Kurt Busiek leave), and what’s more is that they have a young, impetuous Conan who laughs while facing dangers that a more mature Conan would have avoided. I’ve been set on the older, brooding one for too long and welcome this immensely.
