Thanksgiving at the Harmonie Club

Granted, this one’s a little late in getting posted. My brother-in-law’s father invited the extended family to dine in luxury. While there is something to say for the comfort of a family meal, there is also much to be said for unlimited, quality food and nothing to clean up. The last time I did anything like this was when my uncle invited my family to the Friar’s Club (of the Roast fame) for thanksgiving, where the waiters ushered us to a tiny room, threw a plate of a few slices of turkey etc at us, and then rushed us out the door for the next group. Needless to say I’ll take the Harmonie Club anyday.
