Batman: Face the Face - James Robinson

Someone is killing off lame Batman villains and everyone thinks it must be Two-Face, which is odd because Batman is so convinced that Two-Face is gone and all that’s left of the split personality is the original, assistant DA Harvey Dent, who the Bat has left in charge of protecting Gotham city in his absence. Ok, two problems with this not very strong story: Isn’t the point of the Dark Knight dressing up is because that what it takes to bring fear to villains? Dent doesn’t cut it by any stretch. Additionally, what is the point of killing a slew of villains? If you want to have an exciting story have a well written one. Robinson could and should have done that.
