Mary Poppins: The Broadway Musical

Most of us are familiar with the movie about a magical nanny who comes to helpresurrect the dynamic between a Banker, his wife, and their two children rather than the original P.L. Travers story, but if you can get a ticket to this delightful musical (as Victoria Russell did for me) then get familiar with this version. Despite the horror stories I have heard about behind the scenes life and the obstructed seat I had surrounded by chatty foreigners, I found the show—although somewhat different to the film version I had seen—fantastical and excitingly done. The sights especially will enchant children, as I found myself gasping at the energy and cleverness.
