Bruce Jones makes Bruce Banner wanted for murder, or rather for a murder committed by the Hulk, and sends a couple of assassins after him. This is far more than a homicide investigation, or so Jones would have the reader believe. Boiling Point, which is reviewed elsewhere, sets the stage for Transfer, which takes Jones' mysterious agents and agencies to an even higher enigmatic level. It is too bad that none of these secrets are all that intriguing. I enjoy Jones' plotting that is reminiscent of the old TV show where Banner wanders the country seeking escape and the monster rarely appears before the last few moments of the episode, yet he throws an odd assortment of conspiracies at us and I'm unconvinced he knows where the comic is headed.
