Owly: The Way Home & The Bittersweet Summer - Andy Runton

There are few people taller than myself, but when I looked up at Runton I should have realized that--because of his soft demeanor--he could have produced such a heartfelt delight as Owly. I can't quite understand why this silent narrative that takes the charming owl on an adventure to help his companion, Wormy (Any guess to what type of creature?), reunite with his family or the heartbreaking tale involving the separation of seasonal friends are not prominently displayed in children book stores, but who am I to question marketing? The Way Home is the better of the two, and I await more.
